Continued growth through connection
Women are encouraged to participate in an Empowerment Circle Training after their weekend, if possible, with the intention of creating their own Circle. This circle is a group of women who have completed the Training and wish to come together to support, encourage, and challenge one another in the continuation of the journey begun on their weekend.
Again, this circle is not intended to replace therapy. We do not encourage nor advise women to continue the "deep" work done during the Training later in their Empowerment Circle setting. This circle is intended for support and the sharing of a common bond.

Open Circles
From time to time, Open Circles are held for any woman to attend who may be interested in the possibility of registering for the residential Woman Within Training weekend, as well as women who have already completed the weekend and want to reconnect with sitting amongst women in a safe and healing environment.
All women are welcome to attend Open Circles, whether or not the Woman Within Training weekend has been completed. Keep checking here for details of the next one, or email Ali Lee on ecircles@transitionseurope.com

E-circle Training
E-circle trainings take place after each of the Woman Within Training Weekends as long as there are enough participants. They are available in various formats - weekly and weekend intensive. If you are unable to attend a training after your own WW weekend there is a possibility of joining another one at a later stage once enough women have registered interest. The structure of the training is set out in the e-circle training manual which all participants keep as a reference.
