Thank you for your interest and commitment to staffing the Woman Within® Training. Many women have found the staffing experience to be just as powerful and in some ways more powerful than their initial weekend. Staffing is a wonderful opportunity to continue your personal journey, to support other women, and to be supported in return.
The One-day Staff Training is a requirement for women wishing to staff for the first time.
The One-day Staff Training offers the opportunity to learn all you ever wanted to know and needed to know about staffing the Woman Within® Training. Learn what goes on behind the scenes on the weekend. Learn about the processes, how to do them, how to be present and in containment with the participants and most importantly how to tap into your own wise woman to be present for the women on the weekend.
Cost £30 to cover materials, expenses, tea and coffee. You can pay by PayPal when you use the link below to apply.

Staffing the Woman Within Training Weekend
All staff are requested to apply to staff the weekends they are available for as soon as possible. A 'Call for Staff' is sent out to graduate women in the community approximately 3 months before each training weekend.
A donation towards the cost of your stay is required to cover your accommodation and meals. The cost is usually around £85, dependent on location. This will be announced with the Call to Staff. However, please do not let the fee affect your decision around staffing a weekend. Contact Staffing Co-ordinator Ev on staffing@transitionseurope.com to discuss.

Facilitation Track
Graduates of the Woman Within® Training Weekend, Women Empowering Women and Woman Within Level 2: Archetypes of the Castle who are interested in training to become a facilitator are invited to join the Facilitation Track. Becoming a facilitator takes a commitment of approximately 5 years, for more information contact paula@transitionseurope.com.
